Information clause for candidates 1. The Administrator of the candidate's personal data is Ventum Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Gdańsk (zip code 80-171) at Franciszka Schuberta 1A/2 Street, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000498923, NIP 583-316-62-01, www.ventum-offshore.com, e-mail: info@ventum-offshore.com (hereinafter: "Administrator"). 2. In all matters relating to the processing of personal data by the Administrator, please contact by regular mail at the address indicated in item. 1. 3. The candidate's personal data provided in the recruitment documentation will be processed in particular: a. for the purpose of executing the contract of cooperation and fulfillment of public and legal obligations related to employment (regardless of the legal form of cooperation), resulting primarily from the provisions of relevant laws, including insurance, tax and occupational health and safety regulations - the legal basis is the necessity to conclude and execute the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of EP and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter: "Regulation 2016/679") and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation) 2016/679; b. in order to carry out the recruitment process for data not required by law, as well as for the purposes of future recruitment processes - the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679); 4. The candidate's personal data may be transferred to entities that provide services to the Administrator related to the execution of the recruitment process, including entities that are providers of IT systems and services, postal operators and couriers, entities that provide legal services (including tax and collection services) or entities that provide document archiving services. The candidate's personal data at the Administrator may also be transferred to authorized bodies or other entities to the extent required by applicable law. 5. The candidate's personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the duration of the recruitment process or, if the candidate has given the appropriate consent, for a period of 2 years from the date of completion of the recruitment process or until the consent is withdrawn. 6. The candidate has the right to: withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent can be done by sending the appropriate request to the postal address of the Administrator or by email to the email address indicated in para.1. access to the content of the data and demand rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and the right to personal data portability. to object to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interests of the Administrator or a third party (Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation 2016/679). to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, if it considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation. 7. The candidate's personal data may be transferred to third countries in compliance with all requirements provided by applicable laws. 8. Provision of personal data by a job candidate is required to start recruitment procedures and establish cooperation. Failure to provide data will result in the inability to consider the recruitment application in the recruitment procedures. With regard to data not required by law, the provision of data is on a voluntary basis.
