The candidate's personal data provided in the recruitment documentation will be processed in particular: a. for the purpose of executing the contract of cooperation and fulfillment of public and legal obligations related to employment (regardless of the legal form of cooperation), resulting primarily from the provisions of relevant laws, including insurance, tax and occupational health and safety regulations - the legal basis is the necessity to conclude and execute the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of EP and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter: "Regulation 2016/679") and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation) 2016/679; b. in order to carry out the recruitment process for data not required by law, as well as for the purposes of future recruitment processes - the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679); 4.
